Cancellation Policy

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than **24 hours** in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to **100% of the booked services**.

Should you arrive more than **10 minutes late** for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged.

Credit card details may be requested to secure an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or the full amount may be deducted from your future appointment cost.

If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least **4 hours notice**. Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 100% fee charged to the credit card on file.

Refund Policy & Complimentary Service

All services are non-refundable. However, we are happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge if the issue is a mistake from the service provider, not something you decided to change your mind about after the service was performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management.You have 48 hours after the initial service date to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date. Please contact us as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible.Please note that using box colour or transitioning from dark to lighter tones often requires more than one service to achieve the desired result.

Pricing Policy

All prices include VAT at the current rate of 13.5%. Prices vary depending on the stylist and are subject to change.

Hair colour prices **do not** include cutting or blow drying.

Please be aware that final prices may vary according to factors such as hair length, hair condition, previous colour applications, and so on. If, following your consultation, it becomes necessary to charge more than the published rate, your stylist will inform you before proceeding with the appointment.

Our Right To Refuse Service

A service will not be rendered if the client behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated, or is rude to our staff. We ask that you treat our staff with courtesy, respect, and politeness. If you are unable to do so, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.A refund will not be given once a service has begun.
