Cancelation policy

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.Should you arrive more than 10 min  late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged.A credit card details may be requested  to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 4 hours notice.Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 100% fee charged to the credit card on file.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours after the initial service date to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. It is important you contact us as soon as you are unhappy with your Service  so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.Please keep in mind that using box Colour or going from dark to lighter tones usually result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Pricing policy 

All prices include VAT at the current rate of 13.5%.

Prices vary depending on the stylist and are subject to change.Hair colour prices do not include cutting or blow drying.Please be aware that prices may vary according to factors such as hair length and condition, previous colour applications, and so on. If following your consultation with the stylist or colourist it becomes necessary to charge more than the published rate, they will inform you before proceeding with the appointment.



Our Right To Refuse Service Policy

A service will not be rendered if the client behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated or being rude to our staff.

We ask that you treat our staff with courtesy, respect and politeness. If you are unable to do so, we will ask you to leave.A refund will not be given once a service has begun.
